Lunchtime break ☀️ The freedom I feel on a board is addictive and unmatched. Best when I’m in the flow and music is in my ear. An outlet for the energy that courses through my veins and I just feel that much more alive. Every day I feel a little bit stronger, each time I challenge myself that much more and well.. I’m making it a habit to do one thing that scares me daily. 💪🏻💪🏻 Grateful to be strong, healthy and able to pursue this, and shout out to my girl @jxxlle for snapping such great shots and videos I wasn’t aware of 😂 to more adventures together hun x and yes… she was literally chasing me under the hot sun.

Bondi was serving us such vibes today. The weather was perfect and I’m pretty sure we brought the sunshine here to Sydney. One of the most iconic beaches in Aussie, we spent most of our time trawling the local brands and watching the locals surf. Walking freely barefoot, saying hi to your mates and enjoying a cuppa while eyeballing the waves seems like a life well-lived x

Thanks for having us, Melb. The best part of it was driving a total of probably 5 hours to the Great Ocean Road and back. No filter at all for any of the photos - what a beauty. Driving through the curves felt a bit like a race course, but the crashing of the waves and watching the surfers enjoy their day was ☀️. The mix of the wild, the blue, the clouds and that cold wind on your face… I felt so alive. Reminded again and again how mad nature really is - who made this beauty? Papa God did ❤️

Still reeling from the Tasmanian adventure and wishing we had planned more days there. Picturesque scenes that were seemingly pulled right out of a movie, how crazy is it that His nature grows in such a wonderful manner? Not an ad but if you’ve never visited Tasmania, I urge you to take time away from life’s hustle and grind, and root yourself in the beauty He has made. Take a deep breath and remember who you are - wonderfully and fearfully made, loved beyond words, made in His image with a destiny of your own. Sending love and light x

Thank you for the crazy beautiful memories, Cradle Mountain. Endless beauty that took my breath away and perfect weather that brought me non-stop smiles and immense joy. Danced my way through over 8km of the boardwalk, and ended up at Dove Lake snuggled between mountains He made. This was our last stop for our Tasmania road trip, and also thankful for my Nike Flyknits that have lasted me for 8 years since buying them in Berlin, and they’re still going strong… ain’t gonna dump them if they ain’t broke ☀️

Thanks Launceston for the picturesque memories, and for the opportunity to meet up with an old friend. A slow time taking in nature and the never ending rolling mountains and greens. It’s somehow so much more vibrant and I’m living in… multi colour. The green is greener, the skies are bluer.. the energy just flows through you and how amazing is it that He made all this splendour for us to live among.

I honestly don’t think any of the pictures do Freycinet any justice. This beautiful national park had wondrous natural sights at every turn, from Wineglass Bay to just the peaceful still forests we trekked through. My brain can’t even fathom how each detail was made and crafted, but well.. He breathed life into it and worked His magic. We made it to the top of the lookout and old Kate would not have posted a picture of herself in a sports bra but here we are, I am strong, I am wonderfully and fearfully made, and I’m gonna love me as He does and as He has made me. Thanks for having us, Freycinet!

There are some moments and places in life which etch a spot in your heart and mind, and never leave. Today’s experience on Mount Wellington was one of them. From driving through a deep fog in the early morning and wondering if we would make it out alive, to then having the sun right smack in front of our eyes so much so that I couldn’t even see anything and continue driving. I’m glad we persisted, and ended up way way way above the clouds, the sun our companion right by our faces, so close I could almost touch it… I felt like I walked onto a scene out of Interstellar, but the strongest emotion was that of awe and gratitude. Grateful for His goodness, grateful for His provision, grateful for His mercies, grateful for all that He’s given me. How blessed we were to be able to experience this. Thank you. May we stop seeing ourselves through the eyes of people that never saw us. I see you for you, and you are loved and cherished x

When two gluttons over order seafood… we had garlic butter lobster, half a dozen oysters, 6 scallops, 6 calamari, 6 pieces of fish, a box of prawns and literally a truckload of fries. We had to bring the box of prawns back and didn’t finish the fries 😂 other than that… most people coming through looked at two of us kiddy looking Asian girls in disbelief. One for the memory book x
